Role and Responsibilities: I liaise with our Compliance Manager to ensure all Health and Safety requirements are followed. I also liaise with our Regional Managers and Site Managers to ensure coordination for the timeline of any claims, ensuring we provide the best service to our policyholders. My role also entails communicating with different stakeholders to ensure all parties are consistently updated, ensuring a smooth process to the completion of the claim for all involved.
My favourite thing about working at IPC: I enjoy working alongside my colleagues to ensure we provide our clients with a professional service and smooth transaction from start to completion.

Role and Responsibilities:
My role is varied with no two days ever being the same! Some days I am liaising with customers to book operatives to attend jobs to carry out the remedial works, other days, I am chasing Insurers for updates on claims and notifying policyholders. I can also obtain material choices from policyholders and liaise with our purchasing department to get these ordered so customer works can be booked promptly to ensure our customers are always satisfied with our service!
Favourite thing about working at IPC:
Personally, I really enjoy the variety of work and the versatility of being able to do a range of tasks each day. I love multitasking and problem solving and being able to help customers to the highest of my ability is really important to me.

I support the Project Manager and Operations Director in organizing and planning our teams of operatives for large loss claims. Additionally, I contribute to the delivery and reporting on individual claims, ensuring a seamless progression to completion for our policyholders.

Role and Responsibilities:
Onboarding new starters which incorporates Induction training, Right to Work Checks, DBS Checks, DSE Assessments, setting up & administering email accounts etc. I also keep accurate compliance records, write and administrate company policies & procedures to ensure the company is adhering to UK Law & Industry Standards. In my role I also have to obtain industry recognised accreditations, health & safety, risk assessments, COSHH, construction phase plans as well as Internal I.T. support/ training and job advertisement creation.
Other responsibilities in my role include administering company insurances and tax, updating staff with company policies, procedures, risk assessments, training, etc. administering relevant licences & certifications and overall assisting senior management and supporting the team.
Favourite thing about working at IPC:
At IPC each day is unique, there's always new challenges to face and problem-solving, the variety of the job makes it both exciting and enjoyable for me!

Role and Responsibilities: I oversee and manage the YDIY.pro, transform arm of the IPC Group. This includes overseeing operatives, customer relationships, operations and managing schedules. Additionally, I run advertising promotions, social media accounts and all other marketing interactions for YDIY.
Favourite thing about working at IPC: The diverse nature of my job means it is consistently kept interesting and fun. I enjoy the flexibility of working on YDIY and seeing it grow from strength to strength each and every day feels like a huge achievement and is exciting to be a part of.

My favourite thing about working at IPC: My favourite thing about working at IPC is that there is always something to do and a challenge to overcome. I am looking forward to growing the areas I manage, by handling more claims, hiring more operatives and making more customers happy.

Role and Responsibilities: My job role is to manage all claims in the East area and involves liaising with policy holders, operatives, and insurance companies. No two days are the same, but my typical tasks include: General administrative tasks, booking in works with operatives and arranging start dates and site visits. It also includes chasing insurers for updates on claims and informing policyholders and obtaining material choices and ordering with our purchasing department. Lastly, it includes checking in with customers and operatives to ensure everything is running smoothly and everyone is happy.
Favourite thing about working at IPC: Each day I am faced with a new problem to solve, and I am forever broadening my knowledge and understanding.

Role and Responsibilities: I manage and coordinate schedules for the new bespoke home projects, oversee timelines, and run advertising promotions, social media and all marketing interactions. I also liaise with suppliers to seamlessly integrate their product lead time according to the project timeline.
My favourite thing about working at IPC: I find the diversity of my role to be particularly engaging and enjoyable. Managing my workload independently and having the flexibility to prioritize tasks while adhering to deadlines adds an element of autonomy that I truly appreciate.

Role and Responsibilities:
My main role is to organise payment for the operatives for the works that they have carried out and to invoice to the different Insurance companies. Other responsibilities include checking invoices to ensure accuracy before processing, reviewing the insurance processes, monitoring payments in and out of accounts as well as company cash flow.
Favourite thing about working at IPC:
I love that I have a degree of control in what I do on a day to day basis, I manage my own workload making sure I set out my tasks and time manage accordingly. I also love that we are a growing company so there are many opportunities to progress higher up into a more advanced role.

Role and Responsibilities: I aid in the material procurement for the different jobs undertaken by the company and ascertain exactly what is required to return a property to its former condition before the damage. I am also responsible for the procurement of different hire services such as skips.
My favourite thing about working at IPC: My favourite thing about working here is no two days are alike and there is never a dull moment from trying to source things to finishing jobs in a timely manner. The team is also great, and I like working with people who strive to achieve a common goal.
